Warranty Policy – Taham Tech

Taham Tech provides warranty and after-sales services for products purchased under the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. Types of Warranty

• Products may come with brand warranty, distributor warranty, or store warranty
• Warranty duration and conditions vary depending on the product and manufacturer

 

2. Replacement & Service

• In case of manufacturing defects, replacement (one-time only) may be applicable
• Replacement processing time: 3–14 working days
• Repair/service time: 7–45 working days

 

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

To claim warranty, the following are required:

• Original invoice/bill
• Product box with all accessories
• Serial number sticker must be intact

📌 For courier deliveries:

• A complete unboxing video (without pause) is mandatory

 

4. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage (scratches, dents, broken parts)
• Liquid or water damage
• Damage caused by fire, short circuit, or voltage fluctuations
• Unauthorized repair or opening of the product
• Use of non-original accessories
• Software or update-related issues

 

5. Service Policy

• Software issues: Free service during warranty period
• Hardware issues:
  • Repair service is free
  • If parts need replacement, the customer must pay for the parts

 

6. Important Instructions

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
• Data backup is the sole responsibility of the customer
• Accessories (charger, cable, etc.) may not always be covered under warranty
• “Lifetime warranty” means warranty coverage until product availability in the market (minimum 1 year guaranteed)

 

7. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

• Serial number or warranty sticker is damaged or removed
• Product is dropped or physically damaged
• Damage caused by water, fire, or electrical issues
• Unauthorized opening, modification, or repair is found

 

8. Policy Updates

Taham Tech reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time. The latest version published on the website will apply.
