Return Policy – Taham Tech

Please read this Return Policy carefully before making a purchase from Taham Tech.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 48–72 hours of receiving the product
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With original box and all accessories
  • Return is applicable only if:
    • Product has a valid defect or issue
    • Product does not meet warranty conditions or cannot be serviced
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Used or damaged products
    • Protectors, covers, or similar items
    • Campaign / discounted products

📌 For online orders, a complete unboxing video (start to finish, no pause) is mandatory for any return claim

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return

Our support team will guide you through the return procedure.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer
  • Taham Tech will bear the cost if:
    • Wrong product was delivered
    • Product has a verified defect
  • Return instructions:
    • Outside Dhaka: Send via a reliable courier service
    • Inside Dhaka: Return to the nearest service/care point

📌 A proper packaging video is recommended during return shipment

 

4. Important Notes

  • Returns will be accepted only after proper inspection
  • Using a trackable courier service is strongly recommended
  • Failure to meet return conditions may result in rejection

 

5. Policy Updates

Taham Tech reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website will be applicable.
