• Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase (SSLCommerz, Mobile Financial Services, or Bank Transfer).
• The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• However, if Taham Tech fails to deliver the product within the promised timeline or is unable to provide the product, a refund will be initiated within 48 hours of confirmation.
• Refunds are only applicable after:
  • Order cancellation, or
  • Failure to deliver within the committed delivery timeframe

 

3. Refund Timeline

Refund processing time (after approval):

• Bank Transfer: 3 working days
• Cash on Delivery (COD): 3 working days
• Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad/Rocket): 7–15 working days
• Online Payment Gateway (SSL/EMI): 7–15 working days

📌 Refund timelines are calculated in working days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

4. Refund Process

• For online orders, the refund process begins after the order is cancelled or delivery timeline expires.
• For returned products, the refund process starts after:
  • The product is received by Taham Tech
  • Inspection is completed and approved

 

5. Important Notes

• Refunds will always be processed to the original payment source
• Processing delays may occur due to banking or payment gateway procedures
• Customers must follow proper return procedures before claiming a refund
