1. Delivery Charges

Note on Weight: For laptops, smartphones, or accessories weighing above 1 kg, delivery charges may increase based on the regulations of our third-party courier partners.
2. Cash On Delivery (COD) & Advance Payments
To confirm orders and ensure secure transit, the following conditions apply:
- Outside Dhaka COD: An additional 1% Courier Condition Charge will be added to the total order amount.
- Advance Requirements: For COD orders, an initial advance payment via MFS or Bank Transfer is required based on the product price:
- Price BDT 501 – 5,000: Advance of BDT 500
- Price BDT 5,001 – 50,000: Advance of BDT 1,000
- Price > BDT 50,000: Advance of BDT 2,000
3. Delivery Timeline
- Order Cut-off: Any orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed as orders for the next working day.
- Regular Delivery: Products are typically delivered within 24 to 96 hours of order placement.
- Express Delivery: Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day.
- Shop Pickups:
- Bashundhara City Outlet: Same-day pickup available (subject to outlet opening hours).
- Other Outlets: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for pickup, depending on stock availability at that specific location.
Please note: Delivery timelines may be extended without prior notice due to extreme weather or natural calamities.
